We aim to deliver standard items to the UK and Ireland within 7 working days. The cost of delivery is £6 per order for UK Mainland and £25 per order for Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, France and Spain. Welcome to Windkat Cowls Ltd ("We, "Us" or "Windkat Cowls Ltd"). Please note that You, ("You" and "Your") as a purchaser of Products made available through Windkat Cowls Ltd ("Products") and Your use of products provided by Windkat Cowls Ltd is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

Payment Methods

Windkat Cowls Ltd accepts most major credit and debit cards. We employ the services of Paypal to receive your payment and to ensure the best security of your details.

Order Confirmation

Once you have submitted your order you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail.

Out-of-Stock

If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock we aim to notify you within 48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery

Items are delivered by courier. The cost of delivery is £6 for each windkat (UK mainland) and £15.00 for Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland). Delivery within 7 working days is normally available for standard products, but it may take longer. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.Please ensure you order your Windkat in good time if you have arranged a time for a tradesperson to fit it.

Defective items:

You can always return items if they are defective. We check every windkat before despatch and consequently errors are very few. If you discover a fault with one of our products please email or call us on+44 (0)1273 722651 to discuss the nature of your concern.

Returns:

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you are entitled to a seven working day cooling-off period in which time you can cancel your order in writing and return the unopened goods to receive a full refund. Please note that the cost of returning the goods to us will be met by you the customer.
After this period, windkats can be retuned within 28 days of the sale as part of our money back scheme. You are responsible for the cost and safe, efficient method of returning the goods. If goods are returned in a damaged condition no refund will be made. NB: refunds under our money back guarantee are less 10% administration charge. Please make sure windkats are returned to us clean. Please be aware that bespoke colours and configurations are not refundable.

Sale of Goods

All Products are believed by Windkat Cowls Ltd to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Windkat Cowls Ltd immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Windkat Cowls Ltd in good faith. It will ultimately be for You to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to Your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Windkat Cowls Ltd. The liability of Windkat Cowls Ltd will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded. Please read all instructions and product data sheets carefully.
